By accessing or using myqubit.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
myqubit.dev provides an interactive quantum computing education platform, including structured learning tracks, a browser-based Python execution environment (Pyodide), circuit visualizations, an AI tutor (Qubitus), daily challenges, and a leaderboard. Features available on the Free tier vs. Pro tier are described on the Pricing page.
Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all current and future Pro content. We reserve the right to retire the Lifetime tier at any time; existing purchases are honoured indefinitely.
All sales are final. Purchases on myqubit.dev are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time from Settings to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Genuine billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after confirmed cancellation) should be reported to support@myqubit.dev within 14 days. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's consumer terms.

All content on myqubit.dev, including lesson text, code examples, visualizations, the Qubitus AI persona, and the platform design, is owned by myqubit.dev and protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Code you write in the editor is yours. We do not claim ownership over code you create.
The Qubitus AI tutor uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate hints and guidance. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify AI hints against official Qiskit documentation and academic resources. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated responses.
Completion certificates issued by myqubit.dev reflect completion of our curriculum and are not accredited by academic institutions or government bodies. They are suitable for portfolio and professional development purposes. We do not guarantee that any employer or institution will accept them as formal credentials.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the quantum simulator will match the behaviour of real quantum hardware. The Pyodide-based simulator is an educational approximation and is not a production Qiskit environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myqubit.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If we terminate your account, we will notify you by email with the reason and you may appeal by emailing support@myqubit.dev within 30 days. Upon termination, your access to Pro content ends immediately. No refund is issued for remaining subscription time upon termination for ToS violations.
We may revise these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except either party may bring claims in small claims court.
